These providers may access user information only as needed to perform their functions and may not use it for other purposes.
4. How We Use Your Personal Data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use it where: (a) it is necessary to perform a contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you; (b) it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party), provided your interests and rights do not override those interests; or (c) we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. We use your data to:
-
register you as a new user;

-
make suggestions and recommendations about goods or services that may interest you.
Identity Data.
Used to manage your account, provide the Services, maintain customer/visitor lists, respond to inquiries, authenticate users, improve the Services, and address malicious use of the Services. We may also use Identity Data for limited marketing purposes, such as contacting you about the Services or sending information about us or our partners.

If we intend to use your personal data for a new purpose not described above, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly. See “9. Amendment to This Privacy Policy.”
Marketing and Outreach
We aim to give you meaningful choices about how we use your personal data for marketing. You can manage the marketing you receive from us as described below.
Opting Out
You may ask us to stop sending marketing messages at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in a marketing email, replying to a marketing email with “unsubscribe” in the subject line, or contacting us using the information in Section 1.
5. Disclosures of Your Personal Data
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties, except to trusted third parties who assist us in operating our sites, conducting our business, or servicing you, and who agree to keep that information confidential. These trusted third parties may:
-
provide services to you and other members;
-
provide database maintenance and security;
-
help us manage transactions; and
-
help us process and fulfill orders or requests.
We may also disclose your information where we believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of others.
We use Google Maps to display maps through the Services. Unlike our other vendors, which may use your personal information solely to help us provide or improve the Services, Google Maps may also use certain elements of your Usage, Analytics, and Geo-Location Data, in anonymized form, to improve its own map, direction, travel-time, and search services. You may opt out of providing this information to Google Maps.
6. Data Security
We maintain appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed without authorization, altered, or disclosed. We limit access to personal data to employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know it, and they process it only on our instructions and subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have procedures in place to address any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator where we are legally required to do so.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data; the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure; the purposes for which we process the data and whether those purposes can be achieved by other means; and applicable legal requirements.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws with respect to your personal data, including the right to:
-
request access to your personal data;
-
request correction of your personal data;
-
request erasure of your personal data;
-
object to processing of your personal data;
-
request restriction of processing of your personal data;
-
request transfer of your personal data; and
-
withdraw consent to our processing of your personal data, where applicable.
To exercise any of these rights, or if you have a complaint, please contact us at info@vision-gps.com. RVSG is committed to resolving complaints about our collection or use of your personal information.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep your personal information accurate and current, and will provide mechanisms for you to update, correct, delete, or add to it as appropriate. Where appropriate, we will transmit corrected information to third parties to whom we are permitted to disclose your information.
9. Amendment to This Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. Non-material changes (such as clarifications) take effect on the date posted. Material changes take effect 30 days after posting at https://www.vision-gps.com/privacy-policy/ or after notice to your listed email address, whichever applies.
Unless stated otherwise, the current Privacy Policy applies to all personal information we have about you and your account. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this document. We recommend revisiting this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of that change.
10. California Resident Privacy Rights
This section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy and applies to California residents whose personal information is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:
-
know what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and (where applicable) sold or shared about them, and to request a copy of that information;

-
request correction of inaccurate personal information;
-
opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information;
-
limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; and
-
not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise these rights, contact us at info@vision-gps.com. We will verify your request using information already associated with your account or, if you do not have an account, by matching the information you provide against information we already hold. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to our ability to verify the agent's authority.
RVSG does not track users over time and across third-party websites for targeted advertising purposes and, for that reason, does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
California's “Shine the Light” law permits California residents to request certain information about our disclosure of certain categories of personal information to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, contact us at info@vision-gps.com. You
