By using www.vision-gps.com, www.thesmartrv.com, https://vision.vision-gps.com, or any of their related domains, social media channels, mobile applications, services, information, web postings, products, and tools (collectively, the “Websites”), you (the “User”) agree to the following terms and principles. This Terms of Use agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective immediately for all Users of the Websites and is between you, the User, and RV Solutions Group, LLC (“RVSG,” “we,” or “us”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Websites.

1. Mission

RVSG is a connected technology company driven to deliver services and solutions that help the specialty asset industries.

Our focus is on utilizing smart GPS mobile tools and services to optimize operations, drive profits, and provide real-time data.

We also strive to develop location- and technology-based solutions that enhance safety, security, and convenience.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the Websites is void where prohibited. Your use of the Websites constitutes your representation that: (1) all information you submit in registration is truthful and accurate; (2) you will update your registration information when it changes; (3) you are at least 13 years of age; (4) if you are under the age of 18, you have the authorization of your legal guardian; and (5) your use of the Websites does not violate any state, federal, or other law applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Accessing the Websites and User Consent

To access the Websites, or certain resources they offer, you may be asked to provide registration details, personal information, and payment card information. You agree that all information you provide to the Websites, RVSG, or RVSG’s service providers, partners, or affiliates — including through any interactive features on the Websites — is governed by our Privacy Policy (https://vision-gps.com/privacy-policy/), and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with that Privacy Policy (“Consent”).

If you choose, or are provided with, a username, password, or other credential as part of our security procedures, you must keep it confidential and must not disclose it to anyone else. Your account is personal to you, and you agree not to give any other person access to the Websites using your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and to log out of your account at the end of each session. Use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others cannot view or record your password or other personal information.

We may disable any username, password, or other identifier — whether chosen by you or provided by us — at any time, in our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe you have violated this Agreement.

4. User Consent to Share Information with Service Providers

RVSG uses third parties to help operate the Websites, conduct our business, and service Users, provided those parties agree to keep your information confidential.

Those trusted third-party partners may:

  • Provide services to you, RVSG, and RVSG’s affiliated companies;

  • Provide database maintenance and security;

  • Help manage transactions;

  • Help process and fulfill orders or requests; and

  • Create an account on their own systems to provide services to you.

By using the Websites, you consent to RVSG sharing your information with its service providers and their service providers.

5. User Contributions

The Websites and RVSG’s social media channels may include message boards, chat rooms, personal profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features (collectively, “Interactive Services”) that let users post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials to other users or persons (each, a “User Contribution”). All User Contributions must comply with the Content Standards set out in Section 6.

Any User Contribution you post to the Websites is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By posting a User Contribution, you grant RVSG and its affiliates and service providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to exercise any copyright, trademark, publicity, and database rights you hold in that content, in any media now known or later developed.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in your User Contributions and have the right to grant the license above. You further represent that your User Contributions comply, and will continue to comply, with this Agreement.

6. Content Standards

These Content Standards apply to all User Contributions and all use of Interactive Services. You are responsible for any User Contribution you post, including data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, photographs, profiles, audio, video, items, and links. Use common sense when posting content to the Websites.

Content that violates any applicable state, federal, or other law — civil or criminal — is strictly prohibited. Do not post content that contains profanity or nudity, that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, libelous, or harassing, or that infringes any right of privacy or other personal or proprietary right.

RVSG may reject, refuse to post, or delete any content for any reason, including content that, in RVSG’s sole judgment, violates this Agreement or is otherwise offensive. RVSG does not undertake to monitor user-posted content, but if you believe content violates this Agreement, please report it to the Privacy Officer using the contact information in Section 19.

7. RVSG Intellectual Property and Trademark Rights

The Websites, and their features and functionality — including software, displays of information (text, audio, video, images), and the design, selection, and arrangement of that information — are owned by RVSG and protected by copyright and other intellectual property and proprietary-rights laws.

All materials on the RVSG websites (www.vision-gps.com, www.thesmartrv.com, and https://vision.vision-gps.com) are protected by international copyright law. Copyright © 2026 RV Solutions Group, LLC. All rights reserved.

Content posted by RVSG may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, sold, displayed, broadcast, or otherwise exploited for commercial or for-profit purposes without RVSG’s prior written consent.

This Agreement permits personal, non-commercial use of the Websites only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Websites, except that you may retrieve content from the Websites for your own informational purposes.

RVSG’s name, logos, and related marks are protected by copyright and trademark law. You must not use these marks without RVSG’s prior written permission. You may not distribute copies of Website material by email or any other medium, or charge for any images or ideas found on the Websites. When referencing the Websites, you must include appropriate copyright attribution to RVSG, and you may not modify or copy information from the Websites without RVSG’s express permission.

RVSG permits links to the Websites from clients and business partners only with express written permission from an authorized RVSG senior staff member. To request permission to use an RVSG logo as a link, contact us; as a courtesy, please also let us know when you link to the Websites.

Because Website content is updated frequently, you are responsible for periodically confirming that your link remains accurate and active, and for updating or removing it if the linked content changes or is removed.

You may not “frame” Website content, or use any technique that makes Website content appear to be part of another site or service, without RVSG’s permission. You may create your own text links to the Websites, provided they are accurate and are not defamatory, obscene, indecent, libelous, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, as determined in RVSG’s sole discretion. RVSG may require you to discontinue any link at any time, and you must remove it immediately upon request.

  

8. Authors and Bloggers

RVSG does not warrant the accuracy of information provided on the Websites. Use judgment when reviewing articles and blog posts from RVSG staff or community members, and do not rely on Website content as professional, legal, or technical advice.

9. Advertisers

The Websites may contain advertising and sponsorships. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted materials are accurate and comply with applicable law. RVSG is not responsible for any illegality, error, inaccuracy, or other problem in advertiser or sponsor materials.

As a convenience to Users, the Websites may link to third-party websites outside RVSG’s control. RVSG makes no endorsement or representation regarding the products, services, information, or content of those websites, and Users waive all claims against RVSG relating to them. Access to any linked website is at your own risk.

Each linked site’s owner or operator is responsible for the content of that site; direct any comments or inquiries about a linked site to its owner or operator. RVSG periodically receives suggestions for resources and links, and reserves the right not to include any suggested URL or resource.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to RVSG. Please review the RVSG Privacy Policy at https://vision-gps.com/privacy-policy/, which may change from time to time and is incorporated into this Agreement.

11. Master Services and Purchase Agreement

This Agreement incorporates by reference the Master Services and Purchase Agreement, which governs the purchase and use of VISION™ between RVSG and the Customer. Upon purchase, the Customer acknowledges the requirement to remove every VISION™ unit from any asset on or in which it is placed, directly or indirectly, upon the sale or transfer of ownership of that asset. The Customer agrees to release RVSG from all liability arising from the Customer’s failure to comply with this removal requirement.

12. Online Payments

Payments made through the Websites are governed by your separate agreement(s) with RVSG, where applicable, which are incorporated into this Agreement.

RVSG does not collect payment card information (“PCI”) from Users directly. RVSG uses a third-party hosted payment page and PCI processor. By submitting payment through the Websites, you consent to the processing of your personal and PCI information by our service providers.

13. Liability Limitation

RVSG assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any damage to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property arising from your access to, use of, or browsing on the Websites or any linked site, or from your downloading of any material, data, text, images, video, or audio from the Websites or any linked site. RVSG is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damage of any kind — including special, punitive, direct, or indirect damages — arising out of or connected with your use of the Websites, any linked site, or content found there.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RVSG and its partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third-party information and document suppliers, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates from any liability, loss, claim, or expense arising from your violation of this Agreement or your use of the Websites.

15. No Waiver

RVSG’s failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not waive its right to enforce that or any other provision later.

16. Disclaimer of Warranty

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE WEBSITES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Neither RVSG nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, service providers, or licensors (collectively, “Providers”), warrant that the Websites will be uninterrupted or error-free, or make any warranty about the results obtainable from using the Websites or the accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, or currency of their content. Content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information, and RVSG does not warrant the reliability of any content displayed or distributed through the Websites.

THE WEBSITES AND THEIR CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS,” “WHERE IS,” AND “WHERE AVAILABLE” BASIS. RVSG MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITES OR THEIR CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR MATERIALS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RVSG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY, QUALITY, TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas as to interpretation, enforcement, validity, construction, and effect, and in all other respects, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Forum Selection

Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement, or relating to any matter that is the subject of this Agreement, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and/or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

19. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. Changes to This Agreement

RVSG may revise this Agreement at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Websites after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Check this page periodically for changes.
